The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Shipping is excluded to the following territories: Åland Islands, Aruba, Bonaire, Büsingen, Campione d’Italia, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Curaçao, Faroe Islands, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern and Antarctic Territories, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Heligoland, Livigno, Martinique, Mayotte, Melilla, Mount Athos, New Caledonia, Réunion, Saba, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Wallis and Futuna Islands, and the Italian waters of Lake Lugano

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

We do not charge any shipping costs.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
